Fill and Stroke opacity should be independant(able)

Asked by kyron

I haven't found a smart way to keep fill opacity and stroke opacity independent (from the Fill and Stroke pane, CTRL-SHIFT-F). For example, I want to draw a box that is translucent but with solid, opaque, borders. I know it sounds very trivial but I really haven't been able to find the option/correct way to do this (and drawing another identical box over it with no fill is surely not a serious answer).

Thanks.

when you choose your colours.. you see the slider marked with A? that's the alpha, to adjust opacity independently on stoke and fill.
The one you are using is the opacity slider that acts on the full object.
