Drawing will not center on printed page

The drawing I am trying to print will not center on the printed page. It will cut off the top edge of a landscape print.
1. In Document Properties, set at US Letter.
2. Align and Distribute Dialog, set to center on page centered vertically and horizontally.

This will print the same way on three different printers.

And can you please tell us your operating system and Inkscape version number?

There are a couple of known bugs related to this, these are the two I could find quickly:

Can you try if the workarounds mentioned there work for you?

For file upload, you can use http://imgh.us , they accept svg images.
