Use Mouse Scroll as Line Thinkness (Pressure)

I would like to use the mouse scroll button to control the thinkness of the line, in an effort to simulate pressure like a pen and tablet. Can I do this, and if I can't, how can it be added?

Hi,

Even with the new dev Input devices menu, I think it's not possible to simulate pressure with the mouse.
But you can use left and right arrow keys to change the line width while you're drawing with the Calligraphy tool.
