can not print svg drawing

I make signs-Im on a trip without my other puter with coreldraw so I found yours and made a drawing and want to either print it or save it to a usb drive and have the client upload to a Mac. I tried printing to a hp d1240 but saw that the file was 115mg. No wonder the svg did'nt print. Am I supposed to save as another type of file?

You could try saving a copy to pdf and printing from acrobat. Also, if export to pdf does not work, you could try development version out, as pdf export has been improved lately.
Keep in mind that for inkscape pdf is lossy and external format. For editing keep your svg files.
