You mean you want name of a good program to do the layout?

It depends on how you are going to print this. But Inkscape is a wonderful program. It lacks a little of features you may expect, but kills many other programs in areas you couldn't imagine of.

But Scribus is also worth to take a look at (when you need CMYK colors you need to use Scribus to export).

I used Inkscape for creating a friends business cards (I think this question has been asked before!?) and then used the business card template in OpenOffice.org to print, you simply import your graphic from inkscape to OpenOffice.org (OOo) and then click the button to synchronise all the cards on the sheet.

OOo has pre-made business card templates and can print onto the pre-perforated A4 sheets of business cards that you can buy.

As Mahfiaz says it depends.

In inkscape making tiled clones helps on the layout.
