convert several file to *.svg

Hello I'm french so I don't speak english very well. I want to know if it possible to convert several files in the same time with inkscape? I would convert *.png to *.svg or *.ico to *.svg. Thank you in advance for your response

This is a little unclear. What do you mean by same time?
The png and ico files are generally of the same picture and you want the svg file to make advantage of information from both of these?
The answer is no.
If you meant batch processing, that some script you run at once may do the job. But it is pretty useless, as png and ico are both bitmap formats and there is no advantage of embedding these into svg file.

I think Inkscape uses potrace to trace SVG to bitmap.

There's a gui available for it too, and the guy that wrote it links to other similar stuff (eg Autotrace) as well as lots of apps that use potrace internally.
