where can you design photos ?

i dont need lunapic.com or picnik.com / im having trouble using photoshop . i cant put text on it

For photo manipulation Inkscape is not the proper tool. Inkscape is for illustration, vector art, etc.

For photo manipulation look at GIMP or Krita or such.
