Hi Javie,

Inkscape doesn't allow you to export to jpg. This is intentional, because jpg is a lossy format.
Instead, you can export to PNG, which is a lossless file format and gives you a better image quality (File -> Export PNG image).

If you really do need a jpg for some reason, you can use an extension that does it:
https://github.com/giacmir/Inkscape-JPEG-export-extension

Or you can open the png file with a different program (e.g. a photo editor) and save it as jpg from there.
If you need to do this for many files, you can also use a command line conversion tool, like imagemagick's mogrify.
