change interface language

using win 7 64 bit and inkscape .91 my interface is with arabic and i am not able to find the interface in prefrence plz help me

Hi Osama,

hit Shift + Ctrl + P, then select the language in the dropdown, as is shown on this screenshot:

Then close all Inkscape windows and start Inkscape again.
