Bonjour panterga,

I don't think this is possible by using the Inkscape command line, which is currently mostly suited to exporting documents and to perform tasks that do not require that the user enters any options (like color, text contents).

However, you can write a script that does this, using some kind of xml parsing library.

For replacing texts programmatically, there are also some extensions available (see http://wiki.inkscape.org/wiki/index.php/Extension_repository#Generator and https://github.com/galou/inkscape_generator, for example).
