Assign a name to point

I'm looking at the option of importing DXF files and manipulating them in inkscape.

Is it possible that point will be assigned with a name (i.e a rectangle will have 4 points with r1, r2, etc). Then I'll find + move those points according to the point name ?

No, you can only label whole objects, not points.
