How to define the document size which I prettend to work in the canvas?

I used to work with CorelDraw and I am a new user of inkscape. I know they are very similar but I can´t identify how to define the document size, for instance: I prettend to work with a document with the size of 28cm x 42 cm, where should I mark this information?
