Inkscape

Toolbars have no handles - cannot move them.

The Inkscape help says that you can move the toolbars by selecting the toolbar handles and dragging them. There are no handles on the toolbars. I am able to undock/drag dialog boxes, just not the toolbars. I'm running Windows 7 Pro, 64.

Hi Deb,

this functionality has been removed in Inkscape 0.48. The other described behaviour replaces the movability.

Why on earth would you remove functionality that facilitates ease-of-use?

I didn't remove anything. The functionality was removed because it was broken and didn't work anymore, as far as I know.
