fill pattern does not move when frame moves

1. move an image file (for example png) from Dolphin to Inkscape (mode does not matter)
2. move this (image) object inside Inscape and notice that surrounding frame and pattern move
3. mark this object
4 create a fill pattern (ALT+I)
5. create a second (rectangle) object with same size as the first (image) object
6. position both objects central
7. mark the second object
8. fill the second object with the pattern of the first object
9. now move both objects: notice that for BOTH objects the fill pattern DOES NOT MOVE while the surrounding frame move

(I work with the German version here, my bug report may have translation issues)

This is a question about usage, not a bug (on the select tool's controls bar (far right end), there is a group of buttons which control whether or not certain aspects of objects' style (gradients, patterns, stroke width, ...) are transformed along with the selected object(s) or not (default toggle setting for all four buttons is ON).
