Probably a known issue with Inkscape 0.91 and Chinese/Taiwan(zh-tw) locale when selecting multiple objects as tracked in this report:
* Bug #1428967 “Inkscape 0.91 crashes when selecting multiple objects under Chinese/Taiwan(zh-tw) locale”

The issue will be fixed in the next major release.
