How do i draw a rectangle of exactly 10 cm by 8 cm?

How do I draw another rectangle inside that first rectangle?

Hi Denis,

to set a rectangle's size precisely, enter the numbers in the rectangle tool's tool bar at the top, with the rectangle and the rectangle tool selected.
