How much memory has your netbook pro? Which kind of processing unit does it have? Inkscape has quite some demands at your hardware, to provide a reliable platform for your vector drawings. Since the source of Inkscape are openly available, it just needs someone with the knowlege and skills to read c++, the license and knowlege of .net for windows CE. Even microsoft could do this. You might want to ask them if they could port inkscape to windows CE.

the Specs of my netbook pro:

CPU Intel PXA255 400MHz XScale
RAM 128 MB
Display 800x600, Color
OS Windows CE.NET 4.2

basicly its like a Pocket PC 2003 (without the Pocket PC shell and with a standard windows-2000 like shell) PDA in subnotebook style.

I would say, that the specs of your netbook are quite low for a recent version of inkscape. Maybe because of this, nobody considered to port inkscape to any portable device. With these specs only Inkscape 0.35 could work, because it is written in C-code and has not as much features as Inkscape 0.46. The small display size adds to the fact, that editing graphic files on a portable device is not much fun.

If someone wants to port Inkscape 0.35 to Windows CE he can do it. Is your Question answered now?
