how can i move the file from inkscape to my sugn cutter

hi I have done a design in inkscape I have traced it saved it but cant move to my cutting machine is there something else I need to do? I also cant move it to my signcut software to cut?

Hi Chris,

the general procedure would be this:

First, you will need to find out which file formats your cutters will accept, i.e. read their documentation.

Then, in a next step, you will (maybe) need to convert or adapt the files you created in Inkscape. Or maybe it will be enough to install some Inkscape extension that will do the job for you.

I do not own such a device, so I cannot help with specifics.

Don't forget to include your software versions and, if possible, the file you want to cut in your question there.
