How do I integrate OCAL with Inkscape .46?

Asked by JuliP

I'm running Inkscape .46 on Windows Vista. I have registered with the OCAL and entered my user name and password in the Inkscape preferences. I still cannot find "Import from the Open Clip Art Library" in the File menu. All the references from Inkscapes site show that it should work. How do I integrate the OCAL with Inkscape? Thanks!

sadly, due to some dependancy issues, the import / export from OCAL is not
available in the windows build of inkscape (YET!)

not sure if these issues have been resolved in the development versions of
inkscape yet...

hope this helps.

Thanks for your help Ryan. I will eagerly be waiting for this to be implemented for Windows. At least I know that I can stop searching for a solution to this now.

Thanks again!
