Raster to Vector

I don't understand why when I Vectorize a object this one doesn't change. I've tryed with a big jpeg image and works, but with a small logo, doesnt work. Why?

Guessing that perhaps the Path-Trace Bitmap options may not be set correctly for the smaller sized logo. Try tracing with the small logo resized into a large one and see what happens. Either that or maybe the logo is already in a vector format?

I created a header for my website, I used 3 .png images , I would like to change the rest of the header from svg to raster.
I found the drop down that has raster listed, but I have no idea what to do with the other related options under raster. I know this my have to do with computer training and all I know is to ask.
I'm sure some will be able to help.
