I cannot see the shapes when i drag them over. How can I fix tht?

I have that latest version uploaded currently. I am new to this, however, at the beginning I was able to see the shapes. Now, when I drag them over, I see nothing. I have uninstalled latest version and installed the previous version - Same Problem. I uninstalled it and reinstalled the newest version - SAME PROBLEM!!! Please help me fix this.

Hi Carol,

I'm not sure what you might mean by 'drag them over', but if you mean that you cannot see the shapes that you are creating, then this article will be helpful to you:
