Line height

Hello
Can you please tell me how Inkscape calculates the line height.
Is there a 1/1 relation between the final height of a font Ép and the distance between the baselines?
For example the capital H from Vivaldi 10 cm heigh. And the line height is 100% .

With 5 x H it makes on Inktscape 63,479 cm.
My question is; how does Inkscape calculate this, is there a formule?
