resize layer window

Hello,

I was wondering whether there is a way to resize the Layer (shift-control-L) window. I have a work file with close to 70 layers (currently, more will be added as I progress) and the layer window is simply not navigable as it is right now (only two layers visible/selectible at a time and requiring scrolling for more).

If you don't have a splitter control to resize that docked window, just undock the dialog and it should float free and be fully resizeable.

The docking of dialogs is new in 0.46 and still has some rough edges.
