how do i make my picture on the computer 1:1 scale of what is going to print?

i need to make the image on the computer 1:1 scale of what is going to print out.

do you mean the size on your monitor must be the size it will print (i.e. zoom factor correction)?

Or just that everything will print as large as it is in the drawing?
Then set the page size to your paper size, and set each object's size to the size you want it to print out. Then print, with the correct page size (you may need to use a custom size, if the page size isn't the correct one).
