when saving how to remove creative commons and purl namespaces?

Hi nielryan,

after trying to save as plain svg and optimized svg, and them still being left, I guess you'll need to use an editor or write a script to remove those.

If you would like to make a feature request, please visit https://bugs.launchpad.net/inkscape , search for similar reports first, then, if you don't find one, make one and also explain the use case for which those namespaces would be a problem.
