how to make a stencil design that cricut explore will accept as cut only, not print and cut

I need to know how to make a stencil design that cricut explore will accept as cut only, not print and cut. When I try, it onloy will accept as print and cut but it tells me the image is too large to print. I need the stencil to be 6 X 13.

as I've got no idea which formats cricut explore will accept, and I suspect that most people who will read this question here won't, either, I guess you'll get a better answer in a specialized forum, such as
