Inkscape

Ever since I updated X-Quartz, I can't export PNG correctly from Inkscape.

I updated my x quartz tonight, and now when I try to export a png from Inkscape, it doesn't capture the complete image in my export. I also tried to save as a PDF and then export to PNG, but the PDF didn't save correctly either. Anyone else having this issue? I have restarted my computer and the programs and everything.

Hi Margaret,

if you're 100% certain that you did not accidentally choose different export settings, or change the page size, or move the object off the page area, please create a bug report for this.

But first, thouroghly check if your export settings match your export intention, i.e. if you export the page, that the 'page' tab is selected in the export dialog, and that the image is fully on the page, or if you want to export a selection, that the export dialog tab is actually 'selection' and that the object is selected.

If you decide to create a bug report, please:

- include your file
- make a screenshot of your export dialog settings and include it
- tell us your operating system version
- tell us which Inkscape version you use
- tell us which version of XQuartz you now use (and if you remember, which one you used previously)
