Inkscape

No exported image

After creating project in Inkscape and saving it. When I go to export it, the image file does not appear in the folder I select although the Inkscape project .svg file does. I have done a CTRL + A to select the image, File | Export PNG Image | Selection |Export As...I have tried several projects and the same thing when it comes to the export funtion....No errors and no image

.I have Inkscape 0.91 r13725

Hi Michael,

maybe this is a silly question, but you didn't mention it in your step-by-step account:
Did you also click on 'Export' after choosing the export file name?

I solved my issue. I thought "Export AS" would export the file, but that only sets the path. It's not until you click on the "Green Export Button" that executes the process....at least on mine...
