Archive Menu options do not function

Export image PNG does not show up, so I can not export my images.
Drowing properties does not show up also, so I can not change page size and other parameters.
I have already reinstalled the program but the problem remains.

Hi Sebastiao,

there are several reasons why a dialog doesn't open:

1. It's minimized. Look into the dock area at the right. Is there a tiny icon/text, which symbolizes the missing dialog? Click on it to maximize.

2. You're using a multi-monitor setup on OS/X. See
