extention/export

im using this inkscape on pc and lap top both with windows 10 and when i go in to extention tab then to export on my lap it will give me an option to send to sign cut but on the pc the send to sign cut programme is not there,i have tryed deinstalling and reinstalling inkscape and my sign cut programme but on pc the option to send to sign cut in the extention tab then export tap is just not there.please can you you help????

Hi David,

I guess you will need to install the extension first. It's not included in the Inkscape default extensions, but a proprietary, independent software, see https://signcut.zendesk.com/entries/30465223-Export-from-Inkscape

It seems to be downloadable from here:
http://www.signcutpro.com/download-available-plug-ins/

Make sure you're using a compatible Inkscape version (you can ask the signcut support for info about which version they support in their extension).

If you have it installed, and it still doesn't work:
- look into the log file for extensions (find it in the directory that is shown at Edit -> Preferences -> System: User config) to get a hint
- ask their support for help, giving them info about your Inkscape version, operating system and what (related) programs you have installed.
