how to use downloaded font sauna-italic.ttf

I downloaded Sauna-italic.ttf.
How can I use this in Inkscape?

Hi Dick,

you need to install the font on your operating system, then you may need to reboot the computer, so it will be available for all applications. Then start Inkscape, and it should be available in the Text and Font dialog.

On many operating systems, it's possible to right-click on a font file and then to choose 'install font' or similar. If that is not available for your operating system, you will need to do a web search about how to install a new font on your OS, if you do not know how to do that yet.
