up and down arrows disappeared from document

My up and down arrows disappeared from my page so I can't navigate. Don't know what I did that they disappeared, how do I get them back? Please

Hi Joyce,

the scroll bars (I guess that's what you mean?) can be shown/hidden by going to View -> Show/Hide -> Scroll bars.

There are also a lot of other options to navigate in a document beside the scroll bars, see for example:
