How to draw a cirkel?

How do I draw a circle with a specific diameter (vector-graphic)? Everything seem to be in pixels!

Hi Peter,

you can change the units in the tool bar next to the numbers, when you need to change them only for a single object.

If you want to change the default unit used for the document, do this in the first tab of the Document properties dialog (File -> Document properties), upper right corner.

When you are using the selection tool (topmost tool that looks like a mouse cursor), you can set the size of the circle in the toolbar at the top (W and H). If you click on the lock, the ratio between width and height will be kept when you resize the circle.
