I need to create outlines of text for my design. In AI, it's "Select All" then "Type > Create Outlines". What's the analogous method in Inkscape? Thank you.

Asked by Steve

I need to "create outlines" of my text design before my printer will allow me to upload it. In Illustrator, the key sequence is "Select All," then "Type > Create Outlines". What's the analogous method in Inkscape? Thank you.

Acutally, the language is slightly different on the Inkscape menu bar. On the menu bar, it's "Path > Object to Path".

However, the keystroke sequence "Shift+Control+c" is correct.

Thanks for your help, Mc.
