Need to know how to convert jpg file (landscape) to a vector file

I need to convert a jpg file to a vector file and need to know how to change orientation to landscape. Thanks so much!!

Hi Lois,

you can change the orientation of the page in the document properties:
File -> Document properties

For vectorization, please refer to a tutorial or the manual:
Help -> Tutorials -> Tracing (inside Inkscape program)
