Living On The Edge in freehand script text.
how can I connect these while vectoring cutting on my laser

Hi Paula,

I'm not sure I understand, but do you maybe mean the functions Path -> Combine (which will combine the selected paths to one, keeping all nodes) or Path -> Union (which will only keep the outer contour of all selected objects)?

You could also use the node tool to connect letters to each other.

Before you use any path operations or the node tool with a text, though, you will have to convert the text to paths by using Path -> Object to Path. After this you may need to ungroup.
