when you click on T and bring up a list of fonts for a project how do you either add fonts or remove them

Hi Ed,

those fonts are just the fonts that are installed on your computer.
Install a font to your system, restart Inkscape, and it will be there.

The specific steps to install a new font depend on your operating system, so there are a lot of different ways how this needs to be done.
