eps (Encapsulated PostScript) Requires Ghostscript with the utility ps2pdf in your “PATH”.

Please excuse my ignorance, the instruction say "eps (Encapsulated PostScript) Requires Ghostscript with the utility ps2pdf in your “PATH”" but I need further instructions on what that means I need to do exactly. Please advise as I have installed Ghostscript but do not know how or where to add ps2pdf to my path.
