how to remove white box around design for exporting to teespring?

I am creating tee shirt designs and uploading them to teespring. Art always has a white box around it. Saving projects as a PNG file.

Hi,

Do you have a rectangle frame in your png (in that case, can you provide an example file ?) or just lost the transparency ? Did you use the "file->export png" (recommended) or "file->save as->png" (deprecated) dialog ?

I've tried export PNG
Its the selection area...around objects.
I've tried to upload just text to teespring as well.
Still has the white selection area around it.
