I found nothing about my Problem in a Forum. I have a document with about 4000 objects. Some has different outlines or outline colors. Is there a way to select objects after an attribute like outline color or fill color or something like that?

By now I use Micrografix Designer 9.0. It is expensive and not up-to-date tool.
In Designer it is possible to select objects with certain attributes. So i can select only Text-Objects and delete them or select all objects with the same outline color and change it.

Is this possible with Inkscape?

Unfortunately there's nothing like this in Inkscape right now, though I can see it could be immensely useful. If you report it as a bug, it will get more attention:
