Hi moka,

do you maybe mean 'bleed', not blade? (that's the part of the paper that will be printed, but cut off after the flyer is printed)

If so, then you need to know that the concept of a bleed does not exist in Inkscape.
Just make your image this size:

2 * bleed + width = width in Inkscape
2 * bleed + height = height in Inkscape

Example:
Printing service says 'A4' plus 5mm bleed around the page.
width in Inkscape: A4 width + 10mm
height in Inkscape: A4 height + 10mm

To find out which amount of bleed you need to use, please ask your printing service.

Hope this helps, if not, please give a more detailed description of your problem.

Kind regards,
 Maren
