Can I use Photoshop JSX add ons with Inkscape?

Just a question really... I have a Kaleidoscope photo animation add in that is for Photoshop that I would like to use. Will a JPX add in work with Inkscape? Is there a photo kaleidoscope kinematic effect I can use in Inkscape?

Hi Rick,

no, Photoshop plugins will not work in Inkscape.
First of all, because they are incompatible, and secondly becausePhotoshop and Inkscape are fundamentally different kinds of applications - Photoshop is for editing bitmap (raster) images, that consist of a grid of colored dots, while Inkscape is a vector graphics editor, that helps with manipulating curves and shapes (roughly summarized).

As to your second question: No, I don't think something like this exists for Inkscape 0.91.
