Bonsoir Bruno,

import the pdf, then ungroup (or double-click on objects) until you can access the text.
Unfortunately, this will often result in single-letter text blocks, which are difficult to edit.
You might want to make a whole new textblock and discard the old one.

You can also try if it works better if you choose 'import via poppler' in the import dialog.
