Weird bars and missing options in 0.91 version

I ahve installed inkscape version 0.91 after reobting my pc. But there are somekind of old style bars and there are missing options in gradient fill - i cant chose anything. Only thing i could do was to set fill color and click gradient fill. So there would be, for example, red to white color. No option to chose eddit or anything. After that i have uninstaled the 0.91 version and instaled 0.48 version and i works like a charm

i have win7 and 64bit system. Neither 32bit nor 64bit 0.91 did work.

Question about usage (hint: gradient tool), not a bug.

Hi raco,

the gradient dialog has changed. You can reactivate the legacy gradient editor by going to your preferences (in 0.91):
Edit -> Preferences -> Tools -> Gradient: check 'Use Legacy Gradient Editor'.

Or you can go with the new style and use the gradient tool (keyboard shortcut 'g', add stops by double-clicking on the gradient line).
