no snap icon or snap nodes icon in the snap bar!?? Where is it?

where are the other buttons described in the manual 'snap icons' I have som for individual nodes but no overall pre sets that I can find other than in the document properties> snap tab selections.????

Icons described here http://tavmjong.free.fr/INKSCAPE/MANUAL/html/Snapping.html can be found in the snap bar than can be found usually to the right of the inkscape interface, or to the top like in http://tavmjong.free.fr/INKSCAPE/MANUAL/html/Anatomy.html
If you have no snap bar, maybe you toogled it off in view->show/hide->snap control bar
