Blackin stead of white background at printout

Asked by Kaj Lönnqvist

I'm a new user to Inkscape, so this may be trivial. Still, I have made a drawing showing an experimental PCB with holes at 0.1 ". Between the copper foil lines going across the board, I have a white background. But when printing out, I get a black background, which is a problem. How do I change it to white (or no color at all) when printing out?

Hi Kaj,

this is a known bug with the current 64bit Inkscape version on Windows, see release notes:
http://wiki.inkscape.org/wiki/index.php/Release_notes/0.91#Known_issues

The easiest workaround is probably to just add a white rectangle into the background.

Please take a look here for other possible workarounds:

Kind regards,
 Maren
