Corel files in Inkscape - how?

I have downloaded prerelease of 0.46 ..... but I cant find support of Corel Draw file format in there..... Am I making some mistake? why I cant open Corel files?

You need to have UniConvertor installed. Otherwise this option won't show up in the menu. You can download it here:
http://sk1project.org/modules.php?name=Products&product=uniconvertor
I don't know whether it works on Windows.

Hi,

I confirm it works correctly on Windows (you don't even need to install UniConvertor, it's part of the default install). UniConvertor supports CDR/CDT/CCX/CDRX/CMX Corel Draw formats.
Could you please confirm that it now works for you?

It must be coreldraw file crashing and in such case I would recommend you
following utility for recovery .cdr files http://www.coreldraw.fixtoolbox.com
