Hi Kelly,

I guess this is a question ;)

Use File -> Import to import several files (of any kind) into Inkscape.

Note that Inkscape does not support multi-page documents, so they will then all be in a single-page-document.

Also note that if the only thing you want is to concatenate the pdfs, to make a multi-page pdf, you should use another tool, because Inkscape is not capable of this (for example, use pdfsam: http://www.pdfsam.org/)
