Failed to load the requested file - EPS

Hi, I am trying to open an eps file in Inkspace, but get the following error: Failed to load the requested file etc. How does one fix this?

Win 7 Pro 64bit
Inkscape .91

For import of PostScript files (PS, EPS), Inkscape requires Ghostscript to be installed.
