Unknown object in file

I have a logo that looks perfect on the screen but when I print it, there is a black box behind it and the edges of the box appear on the print. Since it doesn't appear on the screen, I have no idea how to remove it. I use Windows 10.

Probably related to a know bug with transparencies when printing with Inkscape 0.91 (64bit) on Windows:

(could for example be triggered by a reduced object opacity setting applied to a group)
